Specifically, when it causes an imbalance between workforce (e.g. experience, skillset, quantity, leadership) and workload associated with their pursuit of business opportunities within the Federal Government.
His objective is to provide clients a trusted source of business development, capture management, proposal readiness/development, and technical support; flexible enough to quickly adapt to support their short-term business needs and seamlessly integrate with other corporate (and partner) resources as a team.
